Based on property size. Includes airing the home, getting bathrooms and kitchen ready, making the beds and switching on what is needed for your arrival, including the fridge.
We let in the plumber, electrician, gas or fibre company, or another professional, and tell you what was done.
One-off collection of mail or parcels outside a scheduled visit. We send you a photo of anything important.
A check-in visit during renovation work, with progress notes, photos and observations. Charged separately from repair or renovation management.
We buy the basics so they are ready when you arrive. Key holding: €50. Essential and Peace of mind: €35 when coordinated with a scheduled visit; €50 if a separate trip is required. Groceries are charged separately.
All plans include 1 key handover and 1 collection per year. Additional handovers or collections to an authorised person are available from 08:00 to 22:00.
We can find providers, compare quotes and coordinate the work. Our management fee is quoted according to scope; the repair or renovation itself is paid separately according to the provider quote you approve. If you want us to attend the property during the work, supervision visits are charged separately at €70 per visit.
